There’s no greater compliment than when a family chooses us not once, but twice, to care for their loved ones.
Kathy and her family have been part of the Companion Services of America (CSA) family for many years. CSA helped both of her parents stay safe and independent at home, first by supporting her dad as he cared for her mom, and later, by stepping in when her dad needed care himself.
From keeping loved ones safe and happy, to ensuring nutritious meals are part of daily life, medications are taken on time, and doctor appointments aren’t missed, CSA’s caregivers go above and beyond every day.
Kathy shared that before CSA stepped in, the family was worried about her parents’ well-being. Once care began, those worries were replaced with peace of mind:
“We felt very fortunate. CSA always returned our calls and paid attention to our concerns.”
A special thank-you from Kathy & family to Gail, for her dedication and communication, and to Mark, for being a strong advocate for our dad and our family. Your compassion makes all the difference.
At Companion Services of America (CSA), we value our clients’ opinions and feedback. We’re always looking for ways to recognize and reward our amazing team for the outstanding care they provide. We truly appreciate this wonderful feedback and are so grateful that this family took the time out of their busy lives to recognize Companion Services of America and our amazing, compassionate caregivers.
Because at CSA, helping families find peace of mind isn’t just our mission, it’s our promise.
