Seeking an entry level, compassionate, and reliable Clinical Director to join our team. At Companion Services of America, you can expect a commitment from us to provide ongoing development, honest feedback, and open communication.
Duties of the job include:
-Overall management of client admissions, documentation of client’s care plans, and ongoing supervision of active client census
-Meet with clients and their families to determine services needed
-Develop client care plans
-Conduct supervisory visits on an ongoing basis to keep in compliance with IDPH regulations
-Report and document client complaints and develop a new plan of action/recommendations
-Communicate pertinent clinical information with office staff
-Accessible for on call outside of normal business hours, as needed
-Actively seek opportunities for new business
-Office support/Administrative tasks including:
*Answering incoming telephone calls
*Updating internal office system, Generations
*Assist with inservices
*Assist with projects as determined by staff
*Assist with new hire onboarding

Requirements:
-Current RN license in Illinois
-Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and a car
-Self-starter
-Ability to work part time to start and evolve into a full time position
