Vendor Fair at Wheeling Pavilion Senior Center
I was a vendor at the Wheeling Pavilion Senior Center. The Wheeling Pavilion Senior Center is part of the Department of Senior Services of the Village of Wheeling. It is a beautiful facility for older adults to meet others with common interests. There are also opportunities to volunteer at the Senior Center. The center sponsors events for seniors to enjoy such as book discussions, movies, parties, and singles mingles.
The center worked hard to coordinate an event for vendors in the health care community to come speak with the seniors and educate them about our services. In attendance were Assisted Living Facilities, Alzheimer’s and Dementia Memory Care facilities, Independent Living Communities, and more.
I had a great afternoon meeting seniors in the Wheeling community. Thank you to everyone for coming and to the Wheeling Pavilion Senior Center for coordinating the event.
